99% of the time

When people treat you unkind

When their behavior ain’t cool or too groovy

It’s cause you suddenly became an extra in their Horror Movie

You were just minding your own business with an attitude of “Go and Let,”

When you found your Self right in the middle of their Movie Set

And somehow, your Presence has rubbed them the wrong way

Your breathing has somehow ruined their day

They look at you and think, “How dare you have your head up to the sky

Always smiling, feeling centered, joy-filled without having a specific reason as to why

You ain’t got this, and you ain’t got that

You ain’t ain’t no reason to feel good about your Self, and that’s a fact!”

At these times of challenge, you have to take a deep breath, recenter and pray

Call on the God of your Understanding to help them not ruin your day
